Agree: Vanadium Is Coming. It is not as visible because it has no application in EVs, it is a grid storage thing.
But everybody understands EVs.
A lot of the time when their are announcements on big grid projects, from the announcement you cannot even tell what type of battery is going to be employed. They either don't want to tell us, or the authors don't think it is important.
For example, GE recently annouunced they were going into grid storage. No mention I could find of the specific battery chemistry. Finally I found one reference to Li, which really means nickel-cobalt.
