    Look at Tanzania Govt, they got credit down graded by moody!!! Due to their slow/complex govt decision regarding overseas investments!!!

    Today I can see they came on board which will be beneficial for Tanzania!!! (Google if need to know more, I don't want to mention other shares here),.,

    One day SI will understand and there will be only AVQ besides them!!!
