The Australia uses "The Greens" so flippantly it meaningless. And in this case they're probably cherry picking again.
I know for a fact the members of the Greens party understand and support the benefits of fire prevention strategies.
It whinges worried about smelly clothes and stained walls in Mcmansions that complain about backburning.
The Greens even if they wanted couldn't stop a federal Government law mandating the implementation of fire reduction strategies.
[Get the Military onto it. Every town has army reserves make it part of their training. Abbott would be the ideal person to get this done. Make him 'the minister of natural disaster responce']
Anyway, the Government cracking the sads at the Greens is pathetic. Turnbull needs to some bloody work and take some responsibility.
