Ol' buddy Chevron wants him to change the way he's living his life! Must be a shock to the system.
I kinda agree with Chevron. It's an externality to our global economic system and needs to be dealt with by regulatory action, a carbon price or tax, or by subsidising substitutes until they are able to out compete oil and gas. All of which has been happening.
But, to the extent these big oil companies misled their shareholders and the public, they are answerable in Court.
