Mate I'm a bit busy in Cambodia right now, but BB has previously said to me - only as a rule of thumb figure (it was last NOV- before any optimisation or the experts got on it) ) that he expects CLA's cost of production of Cobalt (I'm presuming sulphide in Walvis bay quayside for FOB) will need around 40,000$ a ton price for the Cobalt to be viable after total (not just OPEX) costs. As you are much cleverer at working these things out than me can you value what That may mean as far as the value of 17 mill tons in the ground post Jorc?

I know this is pure speculation pre-jorc scoping study - but based on a 2 MTPA mine.- roughly it will come to 2mill tons PA X 0.14% Co = 2,800 tons Co at 45,000$ net profit (at current prices) =$126 million USD net profit -AUD 172 mill. Then there would be 10,000 tons of copper at say 35% profit per ton or 2,500 USD PT = 25 mill usd more AUD 30,000 - so that roughly means projected net profit of around AUD 200 mill a year after total costs. (maybe less capex repayments)

say theres 800 mill shares fully diluted by then = so 25 cents per share net profit. Lets say realistically by then well have 100 mill tons resource proven (Thats a 50 year life of mine) so at least we can easily be on a 15X PE or more . - So looking at like 3$ a share.(much more if Cobalt moves higher). Thats 3000% higher in say 5 years. (or well be bought out long before then)

Again a very loose rule of thumb calc, please tighten it right up if you guys want- I'm back in phuket next week. Ill work further on it then. But in short thats what I'm investing for turning 8 mill shares into 16 -20mill AUD in a 3-4 years.

So my advice is chill guys about the share price and look towards the fundamentals- AS long as BB keeps them going at full speed like he is at some point this stock will just take off and move north again. Maybe by complete surprise. it'll just happen. Then the traders will be all over it again -volume back -excitement back etc etc.... it'll happen just wait -remember the stockmarket is "a place where patient people take big money off impatient people". We are backing the right horse here.

If youre thats worried that share price is too boring this month or so please sell it and go play someone else. Lets see at year end whose doing better?

You know The market changes in a heartbeat - flips on a dime, -its totally fickle herd stuff and often wrong. Just focus on the brilliant fundamentals and top management team. They will make this happen.
