I was not long enough in PLS, but long enough to have been in the roller coaster since 46c (Oct16) up to 60c then down to 31.2c, up to 1.25 and back down to 77c recently. So i understand where you are coming from. However, I believe things have changed so much in the last 12 months or so.
Even though we had many great news related to EV/battere metals in the past 12 months, however, i think the urgency and sentiment particularly with Cobalt is very different now. With PLS (lithium), there are many competing peers (existing producers and soon to be producers). It is not the same with cobalt. We know all the big boys want cobalt badly but failed to secure a long term deal. The demand is huge, yet the supply side is scarce as many companies shy away from DRC producers and higher OPEX to build processing plants delay the availability of the product (most cobalt resource are from laterite which has higher opex). Case in point, CLQ has spent quite sometimes to obtain finance for their project.
I believe CLA will have a better ride than PLS. Quality cobalt sulphide is rare, (provided CLA resource is economical to mine), i believe CLA won't have much issue in between milestones. SS is on the way. If positive, i am sure CR can be done quickly to finance PFS and DFS. Finding quality offtake partner/Strategic investor and funding will be quicker as well due to the desperation by all the stake holders. All jsut my opinion.

    Good luck all.
