If anyone wants a substantial parcel they are going to have to chase it up as the sellers just aren't coming down with any volume at all. Buyers not stepping up either mind you.
Once the JORC hits I expect the sell line to be made pretty thin in a hurry if it looks ok, forcing buyers to pay up or miss out IMO.
But for now we are all still waiting on the news.
