Hi Vector - im not a mettalurgist but ive done my research and been in mine finacing(punting!!) for years- you seem to have a much better handleon the details of this stuff than me -so please tell us why do you say.....

In my opinoion....On first runs CLA is getting 80% concentrate from closed circuit flotation and high consistent leach extractions of 95% Co (94% Cu) at modest leach temperatures ( 115degrees cels) in plain sulfuric acid. And also very low in delterious materials.

whats not typical about that? This is great for making Cobalt Sulphate heptaydrate. So wheres the problem?? please explain??.

Also -From my amatuer after 6 months partime resrearch calcs of the info available to us now I'm personally estimating opex for both extraction and processing costs at 45,oooUSD a ton for Co culphate and Cu cathode sheet on the dock at walvis bay. (but you can call in 50,000 USd a ton if you want) -All the facilities and ingredients for the processing appear to be most readily available in country(either via rented or own facilities)

I'm estimating ten year target of 100,000 a ton for Co sulphate (based on USD 80,000 a ton for normal Co)- i think thats not overboard?indeed conservative (120,000 is more like it for next decade)

so call it gross 50,000$ a ton gros profit?

Im estimating a 1.5-2mtpa plant Capex at around 280 mill USD - based on similar in congo sulphide plants -so AUD 380 mill. If SS and JORC are Ok this should ( I'm fully confident) be mainy loan funded or funding assited with backing from a large asian Bat metals or other large international car company via a streaming / JVor long term offtake guarantee deal.

So based on the baove this is easily repayable in 15 years.

mine life and resource (even just from suface working-never mind underground) is ample to cover that.

so thtas why ive moved on to the blue sky aspect of the story now!!!

Disclaimer: this is just my calcs and will of course depend on the Jorc and SS (but I believe -fingers crossed ) they will be even better than I expect.

Im be very interested if you could tell me where exactly you think im going wrong ? If at all ? or whats not typical here in your opinion and if you cant do that may i suggest .........Fill yer boots with CLA cos she gonna fly boy!!
