Problem being if you consider this to be low grade then anything else on the ASX (excluding NZC) must not be worth even looking at.
I think you'll be surprised by how much lower the capex will be but may as well wait for the scoping study considering its not far away.
BB seems to be happy to address investor questions (assuming you're not asking for material info not already released). He has assisted me a couple times to better understand previous announcements in more detail and the company strategy from here.
I personally don't see where the chatter about a 3 year+ wait for an autoclave comes from... Otherwise there is a serious market for someone to provide them faster.
