like you Ans I think JORC is already quite discounted by us lot and the people who know this stock - unless its a real humdinger of course. But bear in mind many people are still just
1. figuring out the cobalt story- and looking for a stock to buy into it.
2. finding out about CLA
3. waiting for a jorc to confirm CLA actually have something real before coming in as then this price level is quite derisked -see that dude Vector for example.
4, Instos/funds whose managers (watching their job asses first )cant been seen buying on a pure punt but who will buy if a decent JORC/exploration target is independently is proven

and theres far far far more of them (nos 1-4) than us current risk aware holders.

And like you too- I think its the scoping study that will really have the potential to blast this thing off to a decent/fair or hopefully speculatively optomistic market cap.
