Not sure if anybody has been through these 3 presenatations but a couple of interesting points especially the 3rd one from John Parker.
It seems metal is the way to go perhaps.
From what I remember of the details of the preliminary SS there was something in there for electrowinning already for copper, imagine the same for cobalt.
I'm assuming they would be flakes or chips etc. which probably means cheaper transport costs as well.
