PErhaps management wants to keep the SP as low as possible for as long as possible so that its mates etc can get set cheaply and then make a motza on the announcement.
it would seem that there are other newsworthy things happening other than the fabled off-take such as mining rate, barging rate & stockpiles. if CKA is mining at the expected 8K t/m, then we should have close on 24k ton of coal somewhere or other whether that's at the mine, the port or somewhere in-between.
