Regardless of what happen with this over the next few months i think this will be my last martino investment. The disregard shown for shareholders is not acceptable. He brought the company back from the brink the VA and now does this. Very strange.
I have a gut feeling that he is not only trying to find a off take agreement but maybe looking for a TO as well. He has to much going on and if he could sell the company for 100 mill that's a good bit of money for himself. I would definitely accept it at this point.
Hopefully the wait is almost over.
