    @BarrenBuffett it can't be that everyone besides Dom is in disagreement at cka. The chairman doesn't have executive authority. The BoD should be voting and in the case of a tie the chairman has the authority to decide.

    I think platnium should appoint a few members to the board. They have the biggest incentive here.
