    Magna are selling the price down and then converting. Hence why the price is lingering between 3.6-4.6 for the last umpteen trading sessions. We still have lots of trading sessions ahead of us before they complete.
    My gut feeling is that until Cokal know that Magna are either nearly or totallydone, they won't announce anything juicy to market. ALL IMO, DYOR.
