Alright peeps, I've managed to get an update from my mates on this but as usual, take it however you want and if it doesnt come to fruition dont sook to me about it.
As I said before (dannyleb) the final party in negotiations is not Japs. From the original 6 we are down to 3 but obviously 1 of the 3 is far more advanced in terms of reaching a binding deal. From what I understand, major terms nutted out, at the phase with legal representatives where the details of the term sheets are being pushed towards a binding deal. Unfortunately these things take time so whilst we are "close" there is no one who can give a precise estimate to how long before this reaches the market in the form of an asx announcement.
Only thing to do is hold onto your panties and hope this gets over the line this time. We are probably past where the renjian deal fell over.
