So no premium there. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
AUZ is a bit more complicated but it does appear the new shares will be bought by SK Innovation at 12c which is around a 30% premium in exchange for a modest commercial-in-confidence buyer discount for their cobalt and nickel sulphates.
