Thats industry standard mate - all cornerstone investor naturally will come in at a premium because by them extending their support significantly derisks the company and the share price will be expected to rally on back of that. If they get discounted shares they would be double dipping through their association.
CLQ,AUZ are recent examples - all cornerstone investor come at a significant premium. With cokal's low SP 30% is a very reasonable number to be honest.
