For the purpose of the exercise, I'm assuming that the coking coal is similar in value (or at least profit margin) to the PCI coal.
IE:
-3 mil ton PCI
-263 mil ton coking coal

I also assume that the PCI coal has a lower FOB cost than the coking coal.
