2 weeks or potentially 3 weeks away from finalising and agreeing on the indicative terms and then moving to a binding agreement. So not sure why people are choosing now to sell given we are very close to having a binding offtake.
Note that these are indicative dates based on what I've heard from people who have advisory roles on the current negotiations that are happening. Hence they may not represent all current parties involved and a deal may come earlier or later.
