    A few things I like are IMHO:

    -how well distributed this stock has been over the last 6-12 months+
    -how cheap it is now for a production stage company
    -how bullish the sector currently is
    -how quickly the market will forgive previous misgivings if a more than favourable deal is achieved
    - how this is third time lucky
