Get what you are saying mate but I prefer Cokal makes a sustainable business out of this without the need for War, cyclones and chinese OBOR kind of things.
The party they are discussing with mostly is also in a desperate situation as their country has run out of and had little deposits of coking coal.
So for once cokal is not the only desperate party on the negotiation table lol
