I was also told the same yesterday from my ex colleague, negotiations have passed the term sheet stage and are now moving to towards the next steps of making this binding; and also meeting the necessary regulatory and compliance requirement to receive monies from foreign sources. And as I've said before, its not going to be Japanese yen, hint hint wink dannyleb
