Have to agree with you on that. There was nothing new in the asx query response letter that holders should not have already been aware of so not sure why the huge sell off. Especially when we are nearing the tailend of negotiations as you say.
I was also told the same yesterday from my ex colleague, negotiations have passed the term sheet stage and are now moving to towards the next steps of making this binding; and also meeting the necessary regulatory and compliance requirement to receive monies from foreign sources.
