    I disagree that the market has priced in a CAT manufacturing agreement.
    If it had, then assuming as a previous poster mentioned that CAT would only agree to be a manufacturer of significant quanities of units, then the assumption can be made that this would equate to significant FBR revenue.
    Again it comes down to how much FBR give away in the deal.
