@Youssef You are assuming CAT has all the cards. I think FBR want to go binding with CAT as soon as possible. I think they would be using the leverage of their competitors being John Deere, Komatsu, Hitachi who are all knocking at their door and wanting a slice of the pie. Remember, FBR can also walk away from the MOU so i don't see CAT pushing their boundaries too much.
CAT knows that if they walk, then one of their competitors is going to slip right in.
