It depends where he was shot, perhaps he was shot in the flesh in the leg and a couple of grazes. Stating something like you have done about he would still be in a coma is actually doing exactly what you said you dont want to do and that is call truisims whithout any information at all. 50 people may not be able to tell you who shot them but what of the other couple of hundred who saw him, now thats proof. They arrested this terrorist and have his guns so I guess you know perhaps they will do a bullet to barrel match huh??
