An important weekly candle forming this week. For this week the 10WMA is sitting at 3.38 so far the Hi-Low for the week is is 3.34-3.25. So at some stage this week it needs to touch the 3.38 mark.
Otherwise I consider it to be a fairly strong bearish signal. Check the chart.
