    If what management is saying turns out to be true and the annual numbers confirm that in Aug 2018, then we will have a trigger fro a breakout from 81 for a technical projection of 1 dollar or so.
    Unless that happens or any other positive trigger comes, we have a stalemate.
    Bias from here seems to be up though.
