I would not doubt management on this as primary due to below:

Directors bought $5mn worth of change
Lazard bought big time
IML bought and increased their SH

Lazard and IML analysts would have done enough research on management!!

Mayne is very old reputable company and it's due to macro factors it came into the hands of shorts which were beyond control of management...I think consolidation happened in the industry and we are back on slow and steady path forward.

The SA and US manufacturing facilities are second to almost none and will provide much needed cushion to SP in ST, MT and LT...

It takes years to build this sort of facility and generics are going nowhere they are here to stay for long!!
