No, valuations won’t mean much if Trump, May, Macron & Crown Prince MbS hold the child murdering bastard who gases his own people to account, hitting all the airbases where he loads his chlorine (presumably for all his huge palace swimming pools, not for murdering Syrian children much at all, honest,) taking out Russian military personnel deliberately and cynically posted there as collateral damage and Putin follows through as Sergei Labrov just threatened by targeting the launch bases ie US Navy warships
