澳大利亚新型快消品企业Wattle Health Australia Limited(ASX:WHA)于2月28日发布公告，向市场更新2018财年上半年的财务报表。

　　这半年以来，WHA持续提升国内外品牌知名度，扩张销售网络，以期提升产品销量。产品方面，增加婴幼儿食品供应，提升营养乳品多样化，还在前不久进军皮肤护理行业。这对公司开拓新市场、树立品牌具有深远的意义。

　　公司2018财年上半年收入为661,261澳元，今年一月销售额达到329,000澳元。也就是说，这7个月的收入和已经超过2017财年的总销售额(990,261澳元)。这半年中，WHA产品利润率达到58.22%，较去年同期的16.39%相比实现大幅增长，反映出企业经营结构改善卓有成效，与零售商建立直接联系。
　　本期净亏损为13,080,506澳元，其中最大一笔费用支出为9,607,861澳元的非现金支出，用于发行贷款支持员工股份(LFES)。

　　2017年11月20日，股东大会批准以2.15澳元每股的行权价向公司董事定向发行600万份LFES.12月21日，再以2.15澳元的行权价向员工发行734.75万份LFES，当日市场价格为每股1.535澳元。

　　如果这半年发行的所有LFES均按照行权价格执行，公司将获得现金收入约2890万澳元。期末，公司净资产为15,301,981澳元，较2017财年末期增长219%(6,980,005澳元)。

　　本财年下半年，随着分销渠道逐渐启动，预计销售收入将持续增长。公司已经获得中国食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)认证，2月初新收购母婴有机护肤品公司“小天真”(Little Innoscents Pty Ltd)业绩增长也相当可观。

　　WHA董事会执行主席Lazarus Karasavvidis表示，目前，公司正处在令人激动的发展时期，产品也在国内外市场得到更多的认可。

　　公司在短时间内打下了坚实的基础，与澳洲奶粉及营养产品生产商Blend and Pack达成合作伙伴关系，成功申请CFDA认证。接下来，公司将持续提升品牌知名度，增加销售收入。
