Hi @nembakz , I did email Peter re the CFDA and about their marketing as well last Friday, also received the reply yesterday

We cannot control what people say about WHA. We stand by our public announcements. We will not comment on our peer group companies but would refer you to JAT’s announcement from yesterday.

We reconfirm WHA has completed successfully all requirements asked of it to gain CFDA approval which we believe will be fully granted imminently. The only factor we cannot control is the timing of the final approval.

We are mindful of promoting WHA to the markets and when matters complete as regards CFDA, WHA will be active in marketing its message and its prospective future to its growing audience of institutions, investors, stockbrokers and interested parties, not just in Australasia but throughout Asia and to many other international markets.
