The answer is below:

Good morning and thank you for your enquiry.

We stand by our public announcements and reconfirm we have passed all of the regulatory requirements to achieve full approval. The restructuring of the various regulatory authorities is underway and we have been advised it should not affect previous CFDA approvals, of which WHA is a recipient.

Regarding negative or critical media about WHA, we can only reiterate we are truthful in all of our announcements and believe CFDA final approval is imminent. The only factor that we cannot control is the timing of the receipt of the approval. When WHA has news all shareholders will be informed at the one time.

Thank you for your enquiries, we have received many and truly understand how closely followed our company is based on our very positive and exciting future prospects.
