I believe that any CFDA case submitted prior to this organisation change should not be impacted and should be processed/reviewed based on existing criteria. Any new application would be judged by the agency under the new name. Otherwise it is not fair to WHA.

As far as I know, BUB has not submitted application yet. This is why its SP cannot be compared with its peer WHA, although the latter one has little sale/revenue. BUB holders need to recognise this.
