Yeh I wonder.. I would think if there are people on the sidelines waiting for "proof" of what Titomic promises then they'll probably jump in as progress is made.
Some people have said that the SP is overpriced considering lack of revenue, and others have mentioned the potential is factored in. I guess time will tell but I'd say when contracts are announced it may have the biggest impact.
