It is only right that the CEO resigns and as mentioned above he should certainly not receive any bonuses. Consideration also needs to be given to the tenure of the whole Board (not just the Chairman Catherine Brenner) as they are responsible for the governance of the company which appears to be not just lacking but downright missing in action! Only once they are all gone can a true audit be accomplished, prosecutions made if necessary and the credibility of the company and our investment recover.
