John Sculley BOD member of Celularity was CEO of Apple.
If Fidelity are buying for Celularity 3% more takes them to Fuji holding.
Wainwright report on Sorrento...Sorrento is a shareholder in Celularity.
I believe $1.50 price target being held at this absurd level becoz placement is imminent.
I think also the fact that price is holding and more may have complicated an agreed placement value..hence capping.
Placement should now be at $2 at least..anything less would be sad.
We shall see...
If Celularity are taking a position watch the SP soar...
Our BOD need a US market maker..maybe they have one already..im sure they do..
