    FBR market is looking better than it has in a while. Seems like the selling has subsided since the last announcement confirming that the HX will be fully assembled by end of quarter and then going into testing phase. Its going to be an very exciting few months ahead. Next positive announcement re CAT going binding will send FBR into the 30s. Once Build 1 is complete and successful 50c plus IMO.
