CAT have 12 months - they can extend though but this 30 June is really the deadline for the exercise of the 20c options. Fingers crossed they come to the party. That to me will be the real indication of whether FBR is going to make it. CAT will have had 12 months as part of the alliance to get a real understanding of the market potential so there backing is crucial to vindicating.
With the Saudi MOU I really don't place a lot of credence on it, but will happily be proven otherwise.
