MOU needs to be signed off otherwise the SP will tumble. I think the current SP already sees the MOU priced in to its complete. I have been watching FBR for quite some time and will keep an eye on it. Still think it is way overpriced for the risks still present in commercialising the idea. Upside is huge if they do pull it off though.
