Dont think these boys will cave in too much interest for the tech out there , If CAT don’t want there’s plenty more waiting on sideline to jump in , but CAT would be ideal partner .You look at CAT history and thanks for great input but you also need to have a good analysis of the FBR team ! As Mike said in his earlier speech “CAT put in 2mill with Mou and that’s what we were comfortable with . Most companies would have already been counting their penny’s .Even though FBR are still in infancy stage , think they are a force to be reckoned with ! As they say “when your on a good thing stick to it” by the way these boys have plenty of “Brains” And I know you didn’t mean for it to come out that way I’m sure !! All speculative ,rather be positive then negative , only negative I can see so far is CAT not taking those Options , and if they don’t , won’t be end of all as these boys are one step ahead imo I’ve got full confidence in their ability to take this to the end ! Or to make sure they get best deal possible for themselves and their shareholders if a take over was to occur .
10 weeks to go folks and we will know soon enough which way the tide will turn .

And I like that pivac has build a super business team around him this makes me confident he won't sign a dumb deal that would leave fbr weak.
My choice would be NO CAT deal at all but more an Elon musk move and just build the damm things themselves in Australia for starters.
If Elon can build a manufacturing plant why not pivac?
