Very true but I like the freedom to jump in my car to visit a friend or go to buy a plant on a whim which I may otherwise not bother to do. Guess I am prepared to pay the price for this freedom....
I am aware of the cost ...... once taught business and economics. So foregone asset growth, depreciation etc running costs etc
