Wainui -thats how retail brokers in Oz usually do it - this one will most probably be all to bigger int'l instos or a big EV or batt player- and they dont usually work that way. Often when the instos get set they want it a bit lower -then they shove it (that way their first CR blocks gets valued higher in their funds and help their performance and marketing - or they are long termers who only come into the market and buy and promote it only after they are set with a block. That usually means CR -then rally.

surely CLA will have to do one soonish, I would hope after JORC and SS, but maybe after just the JORC - theres much sense in doing it after Jorc and pre-ss too.
