The "one big mine" speculation has been discussed on other threads. One can dream of a powerful NSW consortium but it is the rawest speculation. There is not any reason to rule it out, but there are only the circumstantial facts about the deposits and players which on the surface make sense from a macro point of view.

There is not much we can do about it, other than to vote our shares yea or nay should a combination of some type ever be proposed. Sunrise, Owendale and Flemington altogether would be an unbelieveably powerful and dominant combination, in view of the assumption that Friedland and CLQ would be the kingpins and leaders of it.
