Anyone who believes that the weekly "auction results" actually relate to real life is very confused
Australia does not have a correct and proper reporting system for the sales and purchase of real estate
Even the government on their own web site admitted that they don't have sufficient knowledge of RE activities to even know how many foreigners purchase property
So adjusted, fiddled with weekly figures, are there just to encourage the public to believe that all is rosy and they should rush out and BUY BUY BUY
