For the moment I can't even find the wording of the resolution on the UN web page (slackness IMHO) . I'll understand the resolution and it's scope after I've read it.

The media is a funny animal, one minute ISIS is the bad guy and we should be stopping its spread, but when its Russia or Assad fighting ISIS its then Russia who is the bad guy.
