There is no value in sourthdown reflected into the share price at all???!! As far as I can see.

The p/e reflects the tirnouver and is moderate compared to peers at best.

Let alone the cash in the bank and what’s about to chunk in next quarter.

Bargain of the century. Maybe this whole resi thing is to throw off the share price and pull this thing in private for a good price. Stupid I know but why would this thing stat public it makes no sense if Southdown happens in my opinion
