    I think your figuares are a bit conservative. SPL will receive a greater % of vivagel sales than you have estimated imo. I would be thinking a more in the 15 to 20% would be more realistic. Maybe that's why they are taking so long with the negotiations. Hopefully some news this week. Gltah
