And of course one of their likely remedies is to take legal action against the forum operators that allow bullying or have taken insufficient steps to address it.
I am quite happy to assist HC by reporting any such cases that I see but I cant find any definitions of what it considers bullying anywhere. This lack of definition is in itself a concern in meeting any reasonable test of whether they have taken appropriate action. They seem to rely on members to report it, but do not give any definition of what is considered bullying.
